"Nobody answers the phone. I needed to add insurance on a new car and I’ve ALWAYS gone through state farm……this new agency never answered 1/20 calls I made daily. Left multiple vms. Nothing. They don’t deserve your business"

"We recently totaled our car hitting a deer. We filed a claim. Regan helped us through the whole process-thanks Regan. As for corporate State Farm we found that the many people we dealt with were all very friendly and professional-thanks to all of them. As to the process we found their computer systems was lacking and you need to stay on top of the process. Overall a good insurance experience."

"Do not chose them. Have had issues off and on for years. They don't take payments out on time, they canceled my roadside for no reason without telling me but still charge me for it. I have been a customer for over ten years and they are just too unreliable. Choose another agent!!!!"

"I wish I could give more than five stars at Joe Mitchell’s office. I had a unique situation between rental & auto insurance. I spoke with Regan for quite some time on the phone and everything I had said was validated. Parent to parent, he urged me to acknowledge the life insurance of my small children going forward and the true importance of it. I met with Regan and Joe privately and NEVER once did I feel uncomfortable or felt pressure to purchase a policy. I felt the care from their hearts as a company and good hearted family men. They had my best interest in mind the entire time. I strongly encourage anyone in the Helena community to work with both Regan and Joe directly. They both go above and beyond and I feel genuinely safe in their care. Thank you Joe and Regan! Life long friends!"
